У статті висвітлено основні питання фізичної реабілітації, яка є важливою складовою лікування пацієнтів з серцевою недостатністю. Описано вплив навантажень на центральну гемодинаміку, дихальну систему, скелетні м’язи, нейрогуморальну систему і функцію ендотелію.
Перераховано показання і протипоказання для проведення фізичної реабілітації у пацієнтів з хронічною серцевою недостатністю, загальні принципи проведення тренувань, типи і фази вправ. Вказані симптоми, які можуть з’явитися під час фізичних навантажень.
Дано детальні поради, які допоможуть пацієнтові правильно організувати і контролювати процес фізичної реабілітації.
