Анотація

Бета-блокатори були і залишаються одним з найчастіше використовуваних класів кардіологічних препаратів. Особливе місце в повсякденній клінічній практиці сьогодні належить вазодилатаційим бетаблокаторам. Небіволол є одним із представників цього підкласу. Його широко застосовують у лікуванні пацієнтів будь якого віку з артеріальною гіпертензією, ішемічною хворобою серця та серцевою недостатністю. Небіволол має певні переваги у пацієнтів із супутніми метаболічним синдромом, цукровим діабетом, хронічними обструктивними захворюваннями легень та еректильною дисфункцією завдяки додатковим механізмам дії. З погляду фармакологічної дії небіволол належить до найсучаснішої групи вазодилатаційних бета-блокаторів, оскільки, окрім впливу на β1-рецептори, є агоністом до рецепторів β3, що стимулює утворення оксиду азоту, а це, в свою чергу, приводить до вазодилатації, покращення процесів фібринолізу, зменшення проявів оксидативного стресу. Особливі вазодилатацйні властивості небівололу дозволяють забезпечити додаткові позитивні клінічні ефекти, що відображено у більшості сучасних рекомендацій з ведення пацієнтів із різною серцево-судинною патологією.
