Корекція дисліпідемії у хворих на ішемічну хворобу серця та цукровий діабет 2-го типу

Серцево-судинні ускладнення є головною причиною смертності хворих на цукровий діабет (ЦД) 2-го типу. У статті наведено дані про роль, механізми і особливості розвитку атерогенної дисліпідемії у хворих на ішемічну хворобу серця (ІХС) та ЦД 2-го типу. Хоча атеросклероз має багатофакторну етіологію, порушення метаболізму ліпідів відіграють у його патогенезі основну роль. Дисліпідемія при діабеті – це стан, який включає гіпертригліцеридемію, знижений рівень ліпопротеїдів високої густини та підвищений рівень ліпопротеїдів низької густини з маленькими та щільними часточками. У статті представлено оптимальні рівні контролю ліпідів та цілі ліпід-модифікуючої терапії. Проведено аналіз ефективності дієтотерапії, фізичних навантажень та відмови від куріння. Представлено і проаналізовано можливості медикаментозного лікування дисліпідемії у хворих на ІХС та ЦД 2-го типу.
