Значення фармакологічної блокади симпатичного відділу вегетативної нервової системи небівололом у комбінації з гідрохлоротіазидом у хворих на артеріальну гіпертензію з супутнім метаболічним синдромом

Анотація

За даними української статистики 50–75% пацієнтів з артеріальною гіпертензією для ефективного контролю артеріального тиску потребують призначення комбінованої антигіпертензивної терапії. У статті проаналізовано гіпотензивну ефективність фіксованої комбінації небівололу з гідрохлоротіазидом (ГХТЗ) у хворих на артеріальну гіпертензію з супутнім метаболічним синдромом. На базі численних клінічних досліджень та фактичного матеріалу автора показано додаткові переваги комбінованої терапії, а саме – використання дози небівололу 5 мг та ГХТЗ 12,5 мг, профіль її безпеки при тривалому застосуванні, у тому числі позитивний вплив на функцію вегетативної нервової системи і фактори метаболізму глюкози. Застосування ГХТЗ та небівололу при лікуванні артеріальної гіпертензії ґрунтується на даних доказової медицини. Комбінація небіволол – ГХТЗ 12,5 мг більш збалансована за критерієм ефективність/ безпека, ніж комбінація з більшою дозою тіазиду (25 мг). Застосування даної комбінації зумовлювало покращення показників вегетативної функції та не мало негативного впливу на метаболізм глюкози порівняно з монотерапією небівололом.
