Гістопатологічні особливості тромбів, що сформувались у коронарних стентах

У статті представлено огляд досліджень, у яких вивчали особливості будови тромбів, що сформувались у коронарних стентах, і отриманих прижиттєво при проведенні мануальної тромбоаспірації. Тромбоз стента зустрічається рідко, проте це надзвичайно небезпечне ускладнення стентування коронарних артерій. Вивчення цього питання розширює можливості розуміння патогенезу розвитку тромбозу стента та сприяє розробці нових методів його профілактики.
