У статті розглядаються питання класифікації, етіології, патогенезу, клініки, діагностики та лікування рестриктивної кардіоміопатії (РКМП) як широкого спектра захворювань, об›єднаних одним патофізіологічним механізмом рестриктивної діастолічної дисфункції внаслідок поширеного фіброзу або інфільтрації стінок шлуночків різними патологічними субстанціями.
