Представлені сучасні погляди на патофізіологічні механізми симптомів стенокардії у пацієнтів без виражених гемодинамічно значимих стенозів у коронарних артеріях. Описаний алгоритм інвазивних діагностичних тестів, які допомагають визначити ендотипи INOCA, що в подальшому відіграє важливу роль з метою призначення оптимальної медикаментозної терапії, що покращує показники якості життя у такої категорії пацієнтів.
