У статті обґрунтована роль дефіциту калію і магнію в патогенезі серцево-судинних захворювань та ефективність застосування комбінованих препаратів цих електролітів, що підтверджено в численних клінічних дослідженнях. Комбінація аспарагінату калію та магнію найкраще себе зарекомендувала в комплексній терапії аритмій, ішемічної хвороби серця (а саме, пост-інфаркту міокарда), хронічної серцевої недостатності, артеріальної гіпертензії
