Особливості вибору антиангінальної терапії у пацієнта з цукровим діабетом

У статті висвітлена поетапна стратегія довготривалої антиішемічної медикаментозної терапії пацієнтів з хронічними коронарними синдромами згідно з Рекомендаціями Європейського товариства кардіологів 2019 року, яка повинна враховувати певні особливості клінічного перебігу захворювання. Оптимальний підхід має бути адаптований до особливостей кожного пацієнта та очікуваних переваг від призначеної терапії.
