Маркер тубулярної дисфункції – ліпокалін, асоційований з желатиназою нейтрофілів

Анотація

У статті проведено огляд досліджень, присвячених вивченню прогностичної ефективності ліпокаліну, асоційованого із нейтрофільною желатиназою (NGAL). NGAL є предиктором гострого пошкодження нирок. Вміст NGAL у сечі є ефективнішим показником для діагностики гострого пошкодження нирок, порівняно з NGAL сироватки та плазми крові. Результати цього огляду доводять, що на прогностичну ефективність також впливають вік, стать (вища прогностична цінність у жінок, ніж у чоловіків), інфекція сечовивідних шляхів та порушення функції нирок (вища прогностична цінність у пацієнтів із хронічним захворюванням нирок) тощо.
