Антигіпертензивна терапія індапамідом у коморбідних пацієнтів: безпечність, ефективність, нейтральність

У статті висвітлена проблема АГ, яка потребує комплексного підходу, що включає профілактику, діагностику та лікування. Перераховані фактори ризику АГ, оприлюднені в настановах Європейського товариства гіпертензії.
Індапамід, якому присвячено дослідження, має не лише високу антигіпертензивну ефективність, а й нейтральний метаболічний вплив та органопротекторні властивості. Він впливає на ендотеліальну дисфункцію, зменшує жорсткість крупних артерій, гіпертрофію лівого шлуночка, мікроальбумінурію, є метаболічно нейтральним. Це робить його застосування ефективним і економічно вигідним.
