Випадок позалегеневого туберкульозу у практиці інфекціоніста

Туберкульоз (ТБ) досі залишається вкрай важливою проблемою охорони здоров’я. Попри те, що позалегеневе ураження виникає лише приблизно в 10 % випадків, діагностика таких форм недуги складна. В Україні, як і в інших країнах, де туберкульоз є ендемічним, на кістковий і неврологічний ТБ частіше хворіє молодь, тоді як у розвинених країнах хвороба реєструється передусім у людей похилого віку.
Наведено загальні відомості про особливості патогенезу, клінічних проявів, діагностики та лікування кісткових і неврологічних форм ТБ. Описано випадок ускладненого позалегеневого туберкульозу (ПЛТБ).
