Артеріїт Такаясу: пацієнт на міждисциплінарному перехресті

Стаття присвячена рідкісному тяжкому захворюванню – артеріїту Такаясу. Через переважне ураження серцево-судинної системи пацієнти з цим захворюванням частіше перебувають під спостереженням у кардіолога, однак тільки гальмування імунного запалення, що лежить в основі патогенезу, може радикально змінити природний перебіг захворювання. Наведені відомості щодо етіології та патогенезу артеріїту Такаясу, факторів ризику, клінічної картини, діагностичних методів, класифікації, принципів медикаментозного та хірургічного лікування. Теоретичний матеріал проілюстрований клінічним випадком (власне спостереження авторів). Стаття буде цікавою лікарям-кардіологам, ревматологам, терапевтам, лікарям сімейної медицини
