Бета-блокатори як препарати першої лінії терапії артеріальної гіпертензії

Артеріальна гіпертензія є одним із встановлених серцево-судинних факторів ризику розвитку атеросклерозу, підвищення частоти захворювань периферичних судин, цереброваскулярних захворювань, хронічних захворювань нирок та ішемічної хвороби серця. Стаття присвячена вибору антигіпертензивних препаратів, які мають позитивний вплив на клінічний перебіг ішемічної хвороби серця, периферичну та центральну гемодинаміку. Акцентовано на тому, що настав час переглянути клінічний підхід до застосування β-блокаторів при гіпертензії, та визнати, що вазодилатаційні препарати є оптимальним вибором у цьому класі.
